Vinicius
Souza de Oliveira

“Vini set the standard for what every coach wants in a player. He was an exceptional teammate, brought a consistent work ethic every day, accepted coaching with a positive attitude, and represented himself with outstanding sportsmanship on and off the court. His leadership, maturity, and willingness to put the team first made him one of the most respected players at camp.”

“He is highly disciplined, intensely motivated, and fully committed to maximizing his potential. He approaches every training session with determination, a willingness to push his limits, and an unwavering commitment to hard work. In fact, there have been occasions when I have had to hold him back rather than push him forward.”

“Vini is goal-driven, knows exactly where he wants to go, and works harder and longer than most. He pursues his goals in a planned, strategic way. In his private life, he’s a reliable friend and family man with a big heart and a character you don’t find often these days.”
